Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I order my dumpster?

In many cases, we can deliver the dumpster the same day you call if needed.  However, scheduling your rental sooner will help insure that we have the size you need when you need it for your project.

Is there anything I cannot put in my dumpster?

We cannot accept car tires, wet paint (let the paint dry out in the can), hazardous waste, liquids, chemicals, petroleum products, pesticides, herbicides, electronic waste such as TV’s or computer monitors, and food garbage (food waste requires prior arrangements and increased fees for proper disposal).  Heavy items such as concrete, bricks, and topsoil must be approved first.  Check out our What We Haul page for more details!

How much does it cost to rent a dumpster?

Our dumpsters include a flat fee price for 7 days and each size includes a certain amount of tonnage.  Prices are based on materials and service area.  Click here to see our base prices for the Myrtle Beach area or use our online shop to get a Free Instant Quote!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

When is payment due?

A credit card on file is used to reserve the dumpster, and payment is due is upon receipt of invoice.

How high can I fill the dumpster?

Please try to keep the contents at a “level load”, or as close to the top of the container as possible.  We have to cover the contents with a tarp to prevent any debris from coming out during transport, so it is important the container doesn’t have waste items sticking too far out hindering the tarp placement.

How long can I keep the dumpster?

Our dumpsters have a standard rental period of 7 days.  Additional days beyond the standard rental period are $5 per day.

When will you pick it up?

The default pick-up window is 7 days out from delivery, but you can have it picked up sooner, or extend the days for only $5 per day.  Simply give us a call at 843-358-7373 to make arrangements. Please make sure no obstructions are blocking the dumpster when you are ready to have it picked up.
