The process of ordering the dumpster was super easy! I got next-day delivery. They put it exactly where instructed. Deliver and pick-up were when expected. Communication was top-notch! They sent a text saying when they were coming and picking up, letting me know they were on their way and the expected time of arrival. I would, without hesitation, use Better Bins again! (PSA: make sure you read the contract specifying what can and cannot be disposed of.)

Better Bins provided excellent service. I have used three different dumpster rental places but am most impressed w Better Bins. They appeared to be ~ $100 more than others but in reality were a much better value for me. Delivered dumpster the same day I called, allowed schedule a pickup. Very good communications all the way, no hidden fees.

If you need a waste bin, look no further. Incredibly easy to book online with all cost clearly presented. You get updates via email and text when the bin is being delivered as well as when it is being picked up. The driver even sent me a text message making sure he dropped the bin exactly where I wanted it. Will be using Better Bins again very soon!

All transactions with this company were excellent. However, with the size of the bin, it takes no time to fill up even if you stack it tight. Only my opinion, but for the price they should offer one unload if your are supposedly paying for 9 days. The amount of days don't matter if you fill the bin in the first 3.
